These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LaneFlo platform operated by LaneFlo ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
LaneFlo is a freight network intelligence platform for carriers, brokers, and 3PLs. It provides lane matching, route optimization, RFP analysis, network visualization, carrier portal management, and related tools to help you manage and grow your freight operations.
You must sign in with a valid email address to use LaneFlo. Authentication is handled via a one-time verification code sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your LaneFlo account.
You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep your account details up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

LaneFlo offers paid subscription plans billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.
Your data is yours. You retain full ownership of all freight data, lane information, and business data you upload to LaneFlo. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your team.
Workspace data is scoped to your team using database row-level security and application access checks. Team members access information according to their permissions. Other customer workspaces do not receive access to your private lanes or pricing.
Authorized LaneFlo personnel and service providers may access information as needed to operate the service, manage accounts and billing, investigate problems, respond to support requests, and protect the platform. Support can read the messages and screenshots you submit. The owner dashboard displays account, subscription and usage information; it is not a general lane-pricing browser.
You control intentional sharing. A report recipient can view the saved snapshot you publish, subject to its access settings. Shared reports exclude internal costs, benchmarks, margins and notes. Public links may be forwarded, and revoking access cannot remove copies already saved. Carriers you invite privately share their submissions with your team; opt-in Carrier Directory listings are shared with signed-in customer teams.
We do not sell your freight data or use your private lanes, rates or carrier information for purposes unrelated to providing and protecting the service.
Subscription cancellation and data deletion are separate actions. Cancellation ends subscription access at the applicable end of the billing period; it does not automatically delete your workspace. Workspace data remains stored unless you request deletion. Access to paid features depends on your subscription.
To close an account or request workspace deletion, contact support@laneflo.com. We verify your authority over the account or workspace before processing the request. Export the information you need before closing the workspace, or contact support for assistance.
Following a verified deletion request, we delete the associated workspace data from active systems within 30 days, except information that must be retained for legal, billing or security purposes. Removing a team member does not by itself delete a shared workspace.
Backup copies may remain until the applicable service-provider retention cycle expires. Deleting a workspace does not remove copies previously downloaded or saved by recipients. Contact support for the scope and expected timing of a deletion request; expedited removal and a fixed backup-purge period are not guaranteed.
LaneFlo includes a public Carrier Portal that allows third-party carriers to submit lane data to your account without creating their own account. You are responsible for how you use carrier-submitted data. Carriers submitting data through the portal agree that the data they provide will be visible to the account holder who generated the portal link.
LaneFlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable.
Mileage calculations in the platform are estimated road miles. They are suitable for matching and planning purposes but should not be relied upon for final pricing without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaneFlo's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data before closing your account. Deletion is handled as described in Cancellation, retention and deletion above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of LaneFlo after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LaneFlo will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
