These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LaneFlo platform operated by LaneFlo ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
LaneFlo is a freight network intelligence platform for carriers, brokers, and 3PLs. It provides lane matching, route optimization, RFP analysis, network visualization, carrier portal management, and related tools to help you manage and grow your freight operations.
You must sign in with a valid email address to use LaneFlo. Authentication is handled via magic link — a secure, one-time sign-in link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your LaneFlo account.
You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep your account details up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to:
LaneFlo offers paid subscription plans billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.
Your data is yours. You retain full ownership of all freight data, lane information, and business data you upload to LaneFlo. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your team.
Your data is invisible to us. All freight data you upload to LaneFlo is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase and protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. These policies enforce strict team-level isolation at the database layer — your data is only accessible to authenticated members of your team.
LaneFlo cannot see your data. Our application code accesses the database through Supabase's public API, which respects RLS policies. We have no dashboard, admin panel, or internal tool that displays customer freight data. We do not access, review, aggregate, or share your lane data, rates, volumes, carrier information, or any other business data you store on the platform.
Who can access your data:
Who cannot access your data: LaneFlo staff, other LaneFlo customers, third parties, and any unauthenticated users. No one outside your team can query, view, or export your data.
When you cancel your subscription or close your account, the following happens:
Before closing your account, you can export all of your freight data in CSV format directly from the platform. We recommend doing so before requesting deletion.
If you need your data deleted sooner than 30 days, contact us at support@laneflo.com and we will process expedited deletion within 48 hours.
LaneFlo includes a public Carrier Portal that allows third-party carriers to submit lane data to your account without creating their own account. You are responsible for how you use carrier-submitted data. Carriers submitting data through the portal agree that the data they provide will be visible to the account holder who generated the portal link.
LaneFlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable.
Mileage calculations in the platform are estimated road miles. They are suitable for matching and planning purposes but should not be relied upon for final pricing without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaneFlo's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data before closing your account. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure unless retention is required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of LaneFlo after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LaneFlo will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
